Stress and tension can accumulate in our bodies and affect our physical and psychological health. NO HANDS Massage is a dynamic approach to massage working systemically through the body reducing stress and releasing muscle tension and is therefore beneficial to our health. NO HANDS® Massage is a bespoke treatment and unlike other forms of massage you decide what you would like from your treatment.The technique, strokes, speed and depth of the treatment are decided by you, with guidance, and adapted to suit your personal needs.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged for the appointment if I am unable to fill the time.
