Service Description

Remedial and sports massage aims to remedy specific problem areas and is not carried out in a particular sequence but in accordance with your needs. ​Rehabilitation advice is also given to help improve recovery. A virtual consultation will be required prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged for the appointment if I am unable to fill the time.
